Cindy first delved into the world of self-improvement when she decided to take action on her biggest challenge – a life-long stutter. She joined the McGuire Programme, which is a course for people who stutter, facilitated by people who stutter. She learned that by taking action and facing her fears head on, including public speaking, that it was possible to build her confidence and live a life of purpose.

As well as improving her speaking confidence, the McGuire Programme sparked Cindy’s passion to help others overcome life challenges. She'd volunteer as a Coach and Course Instructor on the McGuire Programme for the next five years. Cindy has given presentations on her journey at different clubs including Lions Clubs, Toastmasters Clubs aswell as National Conferences for the Australia Speak Easy Association.

Cindy discovered the well-known book titled "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway" and was approved by the books author, Susan Jeffers PhD, to facilitate "Fear Busting 101" Workshops in Australia, further building her self-confidence whilst inspiring others to look beyond fear and reach for their heart's desires. Inspired by the work of Louise Hay and recognising the healing power of self-love, Cindy took the Louise Hay "Heal Your Life" Workshop Leader course, and is a Certified and Licensed Louise Hay Workshop Facilitator. Cindy is passionate about teaching others that we can heal ourselves through releasing emotional ties to negative experiences.

Cindy offering one to one client sessions from Prana House in Thornbury and her Healing Space in Fairfield, Victoria. Cindy also facilitates a range of workshops for both adults and children based on the concepts of emotional healing and balance, empathy, connection to self and others and moving from fear into love.

Cindy practices Transcendental Meditation daily and loves to practice Bikram Yoga and Pilates as often as she can.
